Qualified candidates need to possess knowledge of the human resources process of recruiting, interviewing, counseling, etc. Candidates must also have computer experience for payroll preferably with the Optimum payroll system and have strong leadership and team-building skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with facility staff, residents and their families. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
