My name is Bartol Cabrera, I am the executive director of Dining & Hospitaliy for our brand new facility Mallard Cove Transitional Care Center in Cincinnati, OH. I am currently looking for talented cooks with culinary creativity and resturant-style servers to provide quaility meal services to our residents.
Line cook is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and services to our residents. The Line Cook prepares meals in a Bistro setting per residents requests and selected orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. The Bistros present multiple selections to prepare as well as allows the Line Cook to be creative in how meals are presented under the guidance of the Executive Director. Creative ideas are encouraged by all staff to enhance the overall development of the Line Cook position.
