    Responsibilities

    Position Title: Community Liaison for Heritage & Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation

    Department:  Sales

    Reports To: Regional Director of Sales

     

    Atrium Centers Inc. is seeking a Community Liaison responsible for coordinating and implementing effective business development programs, drives qualified inquiries into the facility, and improve and/or maintain a positive image of the facility with residents, community, and staff. This ideal candidate will be located near the Grand Haven, Holland, or the Grand Rapids. This is a new position that offers an excellent opportunity for long term growth!

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Perform sales calls independently outside the facility to medical, legal, and financial professionals, senior organizations, hospital discharge planners and other community contacts to meet/exceed facility census goals
    • Conduct on site evaluations to assure facility can meet patient needs.
    • Manage and coordinate referrals from providers, facilities, or any customer source and convert appropriate referrals to admission while utilizing the Fast Pass admissions process.
    • Works closely with the Administrator, Regional Sales Director, and facility business development team in the development and execution of marketing/business development plans.
    • Identify unmet community needs for new program and service development.
    • Responsible for conducting formal presentations both inside and outside the facility on a monthly basis.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • One to three years of Sales and Marketing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
    • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
    • Ability to make effective sales calls and presentations for both large and small audiences.
    • Effective verbal, written, and communication skills
    • The ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff. Possess special interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
    • Experience in an admissions position or have previously held similar position.
    • The ability to attend meetings, conduct presentations, and meet prospective residents outside the facility.
