    Responsibilities

    SUMMARY OF COMMUNITY LIAISON POSITION: We are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated individual to be our Liaison for the Allendale, MI markets. This individual is responsible for developing key relationships with health care providers including hospitals, physicians, and other related groups and organizations.  

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Grow facility ADC and Quality Mix
    • Daily external sales calls to medical referral sources, senior organizations, hospital discharge planners and other community contacts.
    • Manage and coordinate referrals from providers with facility staff for smooth admission transition
    • Work closely with the facility business development team in the execution of marketing/business development plans.
    • Maintain database of existing and potential referral sources.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING

    • Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
    • One to three years of Sales and Marketing experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience in an admissions position or have previously held similar position.
    • Previous health care community relations experience preferred.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    • Valid Driver’s License
