    Staff Development Coordinator responsibilities: provide necessary educational and learning opportunities that will assist personnel in gaining knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively, in compliance with State and Federal regulations, and Company policies and procedures. Actively recruits staff. Coordinates and conducts new hire orientation in accordance with Company guidelines.

    Responsibilities of this position also include STNA & RN/LPN scheduling and we also provide the ability to pick up shifts as an LPN as needed!


    -Licensed Practical Nurse, with required state licensure.
    -RN with long-term care experience and nurse education background preferred.
    -Must be familiar with staff recruiting, interviewing, and scheduling.
    -Genuine caring and interest in elderly and physically and mentally challenged handicapped people.
    -Must be able to relate positively to residents, their families and the employees of the facility,
    -Must meet all federal, state and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offered
    -Physical exam if required. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background
     investigations and reference inquiries.
    -Must show the ability to communicate effectively and possess the ability to read, write and speak in English, in a legible and understandable manner.
    -Must be able to perform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodation.
    -Must be able to respond to facility emergencies, via telephone or in person, depending on the
